Welcome to Flowered Splendor!

Here you will find hand-crafted blooms using the most luxurious materials, meant to be cherished for a lifetime. Items that are ready to ship will be designated as such within the product description, however most items are custom made upon order and will take a minimum of 8 weeks to be completed and shipped. Please contact me with any custom order requests if you do not see something listed that perfectly matches your desires, and we will work together closely to create the arrangement of your dreams!

 

PAYMENT

Flowered Splendor accepts paypal, debit card, and credit card payments. I do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.

Cancellation requests sent up to 48 hours after payment will be accepted, anything after 48 hours will not be accepted as production of the pieces will have already begun. Please see refund and exchange policies below.

SHIPPING

Items that are noted as "ready to ship" within the listing will be shipped from the studio within 2 weeks. This typically applies to smaller pieces, single blooms, and accessories. However, please be aware that most large items will be crafted upon your purchase, and will take many months to complete. Expect these items that are made to order to be shipped at minimum of 8 weeks from purchase. If you need the item sooner, contact me prior to purchasing the piece and I will be glad to see if the item can be shipped sooner. Shipping prices vary depending on size of item and location. All international buyers are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes. 


Due to the unique materials, techniques, and amount of detail that goes into each piece, these custom made blooms take many hours to complete. Please ensure that you place an order no less than 10 weeks before the needed date, as studio time needs to reserved and many materials need to be special ordered and created. As with any hand-made creation, the pieces may vary slightly from photos you see.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

I guarantee that all items are as described and crafted with care. If things are unclear about an item, please ask as many questions as you need to prior to purchasing. 

As many items are custom made for a specific client, I do not offer refunds. I offer exchanges on listed items, but custom made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Special orders may be sent back and altered if needed, however a full refund will not be accepted. As mentioned above, you do have 48 hours to cancel a purchase if desired. Anything after that will not be accepted. If you are not 100% satisfied with your custom piece, contact me and return to me the item in original packaging within 10 days of receiving your merchandise and we can work out an altering of an item. I want to make sure your signature blooms are exactly what you dreamed of so they can be cherished for years to come. Happy customers are my number one priority!
